Veggie Stew with Cashew n Basil and Cauliflower Almond Roast


New potatoes, cashews, peas, cherry tomatoes, tomato paste, cumin seeds, ground coriander, garam masala, coconut milk, pepper and salt. Magic Ingredient - young basil leaves for divine flavour.




Mix chilly flakes, freshly fried and ground cumin and coriander. Blanch almonds. Fry cauliflower until brown. Mix all in an overproof dish. Add a dash of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and roast until golden.
