OH GOSH!!! I've actually forgotten how I made the butternut sqaush curry....anyways, it was delicious :)

Banana Crumble N Custard



Banana sprinkled with brown sugar and lime juice topped with crumble mixture of flour and butter...all together in the oven for 15 mins. Hot crumble with Cold custard....very, very nice!

Veg Paella


Paella rice, onions, red and yellow pepper, green peas, garlic and some premium saffron! Serve with a dash of lime and a big smile!

Veggie Stew with Cashew n Basil and Cauliflower Almond Roast


New potatoes, cashews, peas, cherry tomatoes, tomato paste, cumin seeds, ground coriander, garam masala, coconut milk, pepper and salt. Magic Ingredient - young basil leaves for divine flavour.




Mix chilly flakes, freshly fried and ground cumin and coriander. Blanch almonds. Fry cauliflower until brown. Mix all in an overproof dish. Add a dash of olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and roast until golden.
